The starting price for a player with no rated 5v5 behind them yet. Value rises with the square of the 5v5 rating — €5,000,000 at 1000, €12,800,000 at 1600, €24,200,000 at 2200. 1v1 counts for a fifth as much, up or down. A fee is fixed when they sign; their value keeps moving.
